李晓芳，1980年出生，四川简阳人，中共党员。2004年获测控技术与仪器专业工学学士学位。2009年获成都理工大学电子与通信工程专业工程硕士学位。现任电子信息与计算机工程系教务办公室主任，副教授。

作为电子信息与计算机工程系教师，主要为本、专科生讲授《电路分析》，《模拟电子技术基础》等专业课程。
